Huttons was also recognised with the Influential Brands – Top Brands Award in the Property Agency category.

Mr Mark Yip, Chief Executive Officer of Huttons Group said, “These accomplishments reflect the collective effort, dedication, and resilience of every member of the Huttons family. As Singapore’s Largest Private Real Estate Agency, Huttons continues to set itself apart through an open-sharing culture and a strong focus on authenticity, relevance, and empowerment. This has enabled us to achieved the highest milestone of over 5,750 salespersons in 2025.”

The theme for this year’s Gala Awards is Transform & Produce. It represents Huttons commitment to evolving its processes, systems, and mindset to enhance efficiency, boost productivity, and deliver even better results.

Huttons is excited to welcome its new Director of Transformation, Linus Low, whose dynamic leadership will be pivotal in driving innovation and accelerating sales growth across the agency. With a proven track record of implementing forward-thinking strategies and digital transformation initiatives, he will spearhead efforts to accelerate technological initiatives, enhance client engagement, and unlock more market opportunities.

On the technological front, Huttons is raising the bar with game-changing innovations embedded within the AI-powered Huttons Super App.

Leading the charge is the SuperSuit (Beta)—a personalised suite of AI-driven tools and scripts currently being piloted to elevate every associate’s performance. In its Beta phase, SuperSuit already offers powerful access to client-ready presentations and pitch templates, from macro trends to micro-level property analysis. Built with cognitive systems engineering in mind, it enables associates to engage clients more effectively, switch between transitory timeframes, and uncover deeper insights—accelerating the path from novice to expert with clarity and speed.

Complementing this is the Smart Property Doctor—a high-impact consultation service where associates can submit real-life client cases and receive expert guidance, data-backed charts, and tailored strategies directly from a subject matter expert. Whether it’s objection handling or advanced analysis, this resource equips associates to close with greater clarity and confidence.

The ecosystem is further enhanced by the Huttons Investor Map—a powerful visual platform for filtering both new launches and resale condos. With colour-coded districts, PSF heatmaps, and tap-to-view property cards, associates can quickly identify undervalued opportunities, spot high-growth zones, and deliver on-the-spot investment advice—all from a single map view.

Efficiency for associates is further enhanced with the latest MultiView feature. Hyperpersonalise presentation views by adding multi tabs to show clients, instantly switch between tabs with prepared contents across Trend Analysis, Project Matrix, Resale Search, and more via mobile or tablet.

Together, SuperSuit (Beta), Smart Property Doctor, Investor Map and MultiView form a cutting-edge tech and advisory ecosystem—empowering every Huttons associate to move faster, think sharper, and close stronger in today’s fast-evolving property landscape.

For upskilling of associates’ knowledge and skills, Huttons will be organising a new series of trainings to be conducted by prominent influencers called; Creators’ Content Playbooks. They will be equipped with fresh, real-world insights into branding, social media strategy, connect more effectively with modern buyers and sellers, and elevate their business performance with relevant content.

“Huttons is also proud to continue its partnership with Immortalize, Singapore’s leading elderhood marketplace and information provider. As its exclusive real estate partner, Huttons is committed to raising awareness of legacy planning in fun and meaningful ways,” adds Mr Yip.

This year, an updated Will of Fortune by Immortalize – 2025 Edition will be launched. Building on the original WOFI, this new edition takes players through three generations, guiding them to make pivotal life decisions and shape their legacy one card at a time.

With Huttons as a valued collaborator, a Property Expansion Pack add on will also be introduced. This addition brings real estate ownership and legacy planning to life, offering key insights through an engaging, interactive, and educational gameplay experience.

At Huttons, innovation goes beyond the workplace. The company promotes an active, balanced lifestyle through a wide range of sports interest groups, including badminton, basketball, golf, running, soccer, and yoga. Huttons is also introducing a new pickleball interest group and organising a real estate golf challenge in 3Q 2025!

“Looking ahead, Huttons remains focused on innovation and transformation. Huttons will continue to empower consumers and provide real value for our associates to serve clients better in Singapore and international markets. With a clear and forward-looking direction, the years ahead hold exciting opportunities for us all.” Mr Yip concludes.
