June has over 10 years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry helping Businesses and Investors secure their desired business space. Her extensive experience led her team to achieve the top leasing results for JTC portfolio of industrial properties over 2 consecutive years. June is versatile and her work is heavily involved in leasing, sales and consultancy work for her clients across all property segments. Her patience and dedication to serve has allowed her to build strong lasting relationships with her clients, many of whom have also became her friends.
Passionate about training and experienced with team management, June enjoys mentoring and working with people. Being an ACTA Certified Trainer, she has conducted many lessons on sales negotiation, Strategic Prospecting and Marketing of Industrial Spaces and Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). In addition, June also assisted many companies to acquire factory spaces and set up new operations in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
