With a degree in building and also a MOE trained teacher, he employs courtesy, integrity and a logical mind to serve and negotiate for his clients.
Besides focusing on Industrial, Gerard also transacted commercial properties such as F&B spaces, residential projects and HDB properties.
A nature lover, his other passion besides real estate are gardening and fish keeping.
